BOXING

 
Boxing classes at CoreStrong are unlike what you'll find elsewhere. We offer three distinct, high intensity low impact classes that are suitable for beginners, athletes, and everyone in between.

CARDIO BOXING

Cardio Boxing is 30 minutes of non-stop action. It's straightforward, all out boxing.

BOX-ROW

Box-Row is a 45 minute class designed by CoreStrong founder Stephanie Tieman. We combine the best of Cardio Boxing and Indo-Row into dynamic workout.

TRX BOXING

TRX boxing is one of the latest concepts in fitness. Combining low impact strength training with cardio, we’ll work on your balance, core, and flexibility while using both TRX and boxing techniques.

While our boxing classes are full body workouts, we do not do kick boxing. Our routines are designed to minimize impact on your body, especially your feet and legs.
