If you think cardio is all about running on a treadmill, you don't know CoreCardio.

As with all of our classes, CoreCardio is designed and led by experienced physical trainers. We use a variety of exercises to get your heart rate up and engage your core, without being tedious or boring.

This week might be running and burpees, next week rowing and lifting. You can come every day and never get bored.

WHY CARDIO?

  • Increase muscle mass
  • Stronger bones
Classes are 45 minutes in duration, or you can opt for the 30 minute high intensity sessions. Both are open to any fitness level.
