COREHEALING

 
Total health doesn't end with exercise. Diet, and not dieting, are equally as important, though often overlooked. But what we put in our bodies can make us sick, weak, tired, and unhealthy, even if we don't realize it. Identifying those things takes time, but it's worth it.

CoreHealing begins with taking 10 days to eat well and exercise. We do this by eliminating the most common inflammation-causing foods: gluten, dairy, sugar, soy, etc. This 10 day period is like a reset button for your body and it will help us point out which of those foods are causing you troubles.

It's not uncommon for our clients to lose weight during the 10 days, but you'll never go hungry or count calories. The goal is to make adjustments that you will carry through beyond the 10 days for a completely healthier body.

SUPPORT SYSTEM

We will provide recipes, a gallon of Kangen water, eat this-not that ideas, as well as exercises that are appropriate for your diet, and plenty of encouragement. For clients who need a little more, we offer personal training and one-on-one classes.

After the 10 days, we will provide next steps which will be unique to you depending on your triggers and results.
