Whether you are checking out a gym for the first time or training for a marathon, personal training has a lot of perks.
While all of our clients have our attention, during personal training sessions you'll be one-on-one with one of our trainers.
We will talk about your skill level and goals to help you develop a routine that works for you. Then we'll help through each exercise by cheering you on, giving helpful tips, and challenging you without pushing you too far.
Unlike our other classes and programs, personal training sessions are your time and will look however you want, as long as that involves a good workout.
