When a woman enters this age bracket, her body goes through several uncomfortable psychological symptoms. Some of the common menopausal symptoms include mood swings, fatigue, reduced sex drive, and hot flashes. Women who start practicing yoga during their premenopausal phase tend to experience less intense side effects of their menopause.
We can neither fight our age nor can we stop the effects of aging. The best we can do is to try to make our lives easy and less stressful as we continue to age.
