A recent study investigated the time taken to sleep with and without the exercise, showed that people who exercised found it easier to fall asleep and were able to fall asleep faster. Not being able to fall asleep is a major type of insomnia, and the fact that exercise helps in falling asleep quicker is good news for many people.
